"Siisti hotelli ulkoisesti hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta prosessit eivät toimi"

Hotelli oli yleiskuvaltaan siisti, sijaitsi erinomaisessa paikassa. Hotellin uima-allas oli siisti ja riittävän puhdas. Allasalue oli kaiken kaikkiaan oikein viihtyisä.

Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä. Aamiainen ei vastannut lainkaan kuvausta. Kyseessä oli kuvausten mukaan neljän tähden hotelli. Aamupala oli todella heikko. Vanhoja makkarasiivuja (kuivuneita), kuivuneita appelsiinilohkoja ja kokonaisia omenia ainoastaan hedelminä. Vain valkoista leipää. Leivän paahdin ei toiminut. Jogurtti näytti ja maistui omituiselta. Samat aamupala-ainekset joka aamu. Jälkiruoaksi aamupalalla oli kuivia keksejä ja vohveleita.... Huoneesta puuttui pyyhkeet, kun tulimme. Saimme yhdet pyyhkeet 9 päiväksi. Vessapaperi ja käsisaippua olivat lopussa. Jouduimme jatkuvasti pyytämän infosta näitä. 9 päivän aikana huonettamme ei siivottu kertaakaan kunnollisesti, vain roskikset tyhjennettiin x 2, kun pyysimme. Peitto oli karhea, ilman lakanaa. Saimme vain yhden avainkortin, vaikka majoittujia oli kaksi. Kun toinen tuli myöhemmin huoneeseen, illalla huone oli pimeänä, koska korttia tarvittiin valojen aktivoimiseen.

The breakfast has very limited option and the same menu for our 5 days stay. No variety
