Hotel San Giorgio

Very comfortable bed after a long travel day! Lots of great places to walk to for dinner or drinks. We took their shuttle from the airport - great communication and a very friendly, helpful and courteous driver. Will definitely stay there again!

Vraiment vieux comme hôtel, les tapis dans la chambre sont déguelasses. L’accueil à la réception est excellente par contre

The balcony was nice but could use a little attention. The umbrella was not functional as an example. The view was nice and it was pleasant sitting out.

Nothing ,be careful booking this hotel ,they will not even consider that you booked at February and gonna of course offer you different hotel if they system crash but the hostel and yes I say hostel because the “hostel(hotel” where they rebooked us was terrible and out of city centrum and low maintained hotel who was falling apart what you will get will be hostel and money will not be even out for your stay.

We booked our reservation several months in advance, however due to an overbooking error, we learned a few days prior to our arrival that we were reallocated to a neighboring hotel. Unfortunately the hotel they put us in wasn’t the same standard. But after 26 hours of travel we were happy to have a bed. The problem here is that they can take the reservation, they just can’t hold the reservation (nod to Jerry Seinfeld). Not sure I would book this hotel at the risk of being a reallocated to what felt like a Motel 6.

Hotel very old presented well from reception area but once in room not so. Found the room to be clean but carpet area from bathroom to exit door damp wet and discoloured. It was clear that water leaks from shower bath area regularly onto floor and has been happening for some time, due to carpet dampness prior to our check in. Did mention several times to reception which apologise, then only put a towel down on floor. Guessing the staff would already be aware of this problem and choose to not do anything about it as too costly.

The lobby was nice. The caffe was also nice.

My room was not what was expected. Black mold in the shower. Carpet was dirty. Bed was rock hard. More of a hostel than a proper hotel

Nous avons aimé le service d'une serveuse qui a été attentive à nos attentes sachant que nous parlions la langue française . Elle a pris le temps de nous écouter et pouvoir nous répondre en français

En arrivant dans la chambre nous avons remarqué le lavabo cassé !!!! qui ne tenait pas bien au mur il était prêt à tomber au sol. Nous l' avons signalé la réception qui a envoyé 1 agent de maintenance, il a essayé de réparer mais selon lui cela prendra beaucoup de temps pour remettre le lavabo. Nous avons dû changer de chambre, c'était bien nous avions la vue sur la mer. Le pire le 1 octobre mercredi nous avions voulu réserver le service navette vers le port de Civitavechia pour embarquer sur MSC DIVINA ,bateau de croisière le réceptionniste dit de venir la veille du départ, pour connaître l' heure et les places exactes, le 2 octobre à 15h, j'ai aussi envoyé un mail, mais voilà !!!!! Nous allons à la réception jeudi 2 octobre veille de notre départ AVANT 15H !!! On nous dit qu'il y a plus de place pour le service navette. Nous sommes très déçus ils n'ont pas non plus chercher à nous aider, pour 1 taxi ..... nous avons compris qu'ils ont privilégié 1 groupe 1 association de personnes. Nous avons marché jusqu'au terminal avec nos grosses valises Le jour du départ chek out nous avons réglé notre taxe de séjour comme convenu mais !!!!! Ils ont voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner que nous n'avions JAMAIS PRIS . Nous avons insisté pour dire en anglais NON " Pas pris de petit déjeuner " Nous disions la VÉRITÉ. Leur service réception et petit déjeuner sont très mal organisés ils ne se rappellent pas qui l'ont fait !!!!

We had booked this hotel months in advance for our cruise - they cancelled it days of arrival. They offered a rebooking with another hotel that was very low standards and secluded. After reading other reviews they seem to do this often. The other property had bed bugs and little flying misquotes. We would not recommend this hotel
