El servicio que te prestan es espectacular. Contratamos con ellos, no sólo el hotel sino los traslados desde el aeropuerto, los traslados al puerto y todos los traslados de regreso. Simplemente fenomenales con sus servicios. Fue muy agradable estar con ellos y guiarte de sus profesionales.

Perfect for a pre-cruise hotel.Location is minutes to Civitavecchia train station. Faces the ocean. Nice spacious lobby with restaurant/bar indoors and outdoors.

This is a 4 star hotel on the seafront and has a lovely entrance albeit with stairs. Reception staff are very helpful. We were given room 107 and on entry were immediately disappointed. The carpet is old and faded, the shutters cannot be fixed open but worst of all were the open tread stairs to the bed on the mezzanine floor. The sofa was positively archaic but the bathroom was in a league of its own. There was a small corner bath, WC, bidet and twin basins. Missing was evidence of a shower although there was a shower curtain. Then we discovered that it pulled up from the bath and could only be handheld! The water achieved a degree of warmth but was not hot enough. Shampoos were provided and a very small bar of soap but no other facilities. The bed was uncomfortable and it was hot being on the mezzanine floor even with the windows open. Due to the weather we ate in Bistrot 34 in the hotel and our meals were good. We came down for breakfast at 9.10 and there weren't any clean tables or plates, and no evidence of the availability of any bread. The scrambled egg would have been excellent had it been hot. We would never stay here again.

Balcony looking out over Mediterranean Sea was an ash tray for the roof top party. Management admitted it was a problem but was not receptive for a solution for the next guests.

I booked two rooms at Hotel San Giorgio (one double and one single), both fully paid in advance. We arrived after a 12-hour flight and a one-hour drive to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that the single room was unavailable due to “a broken air conditioner and no water,” and since it was Sunday, no technician was available to fix it. The only alternative offered was a two-level loft-style room with one large bed downstairs and several small ones upstairs — but only one bathroom. This meant that three people had to share the same room, completely losing the privacy and comfort we had originally booked. To compensate for the issue, the man at the front desk offered complimentary transportation to the cruise port and assured us that the amount for the single room would be refunded. However, upon check-out, we were unexpectedly told that the transportation cost would be deducted from the room refund. In the end, they did not honor what was promised. It felt like they only said what was convenient at the time, leaving us as the only ones affected. The hotel overall feels old, damp, and poorly maintained, with visible humidity and a musty smell on the ceilings and walls. The carpet is worn and gives an unclean impression, and the shower floods the bathroom floor even when used carefully. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, making even simple online tasks difficult. Another surprising detail: even still water is not included — it is charged separately. I had never seen that in any hotel, regardless of how simple. The only positive aspect was the friendly and attentive service in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel does not deliver what it promises nor uphold the standards expected for its price and rating. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Nice little hotel with a good bistro that is close to Civitavecchia Port. Perfect hotel on arrival or pre-departure on the ferry.

Our travel agency booked us at this hotel for a one night pre-cruise stay. While it is quite close to the cruise port and only a 10 minute shuttle ride the hotel is in very poor condition. The lobby looks OK in a very old world way, but our room was filthy and scuffed and in very poor repair. We were in a room that had two levels and the rickety metal staircase leading to the master bedroom on the second level was covered with filthy shredded peel, and stick carpet. There were strings and other people‘s hair hanging from the stairs. It was disgusting! All the lighting sconces on the walls were crooked and filthy. The walls were scuffed and the rug needed to be replaced 15 years ago. The beds were rock, hard and very uncomfortable even after we asked for extra padding for the beds.The breakfast was very limited and had virtually no healthy options. The Frontline staff were very nice and helpful but the men working the front desk were impatient and arrogant. There was very poor communication about our pre-booked shuttle to the cruise port. All in all I would not recommend this hotel as it was barely adequate for an overnight stay. Find something cleaner and more modern for your pre-Cruise hotel!

Room was ok but had a smelll.

The room was super, clean. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to work out a problem with a tour I tried to book. I was disappointed there was a loud nightclub behind hotel. Very loud at night.
