location

Put us at end of hall with construction going on. When we got back to our room around 11 pm both doors were still propped open with scrap boards so anyone could enter the building without a key card. No shampoo in the shower dispenser so this started the day off wrong. Went to front desk to return key cards and asked about the complimentary breakfast and the clerk said breakfast ends at 9:30 so we were 30 mins late and the desk attendant who checked us in never gave us a heads up about the breakfast hours. We feel 9:30am is a little early to end breakfast. No complimentary shuttle to the casino on Thursday night even though it’s advertised on sign by the road.

Proximity to Foxwoods and Mystic village- comfortable stay at a fair price

The grounds were a bit messy, landscape needs updating and tree in front of the sign needs pruning

Every single aspect. From ALL THE STAFF. The white glove service and cleanliness and the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had. The bed was beyond comfortable. The other guests were phenomenal. I slept soundly each night. The pool was soooooo amazing and clean and warm and just spectacular!!!
