As instalações do hotel são ótimas, café da manhã gostoso e localização boa. Conseguimos conhecer muitos pontos a pé nas proximidades.

Uma das recepcionista foi extremamente antipática conosco. Pagamos uma diária inteira no hotel para podermos fazer o check in mais cedo e, mesmo pagando o valor integral da diária, ela não queria permitir que tomássemos café da manhã, algo que não faz o menor sentido pois poderíamos simplesmente ter reservado essa diária anterior pelo booking. Depois disso, fazia questão de virar o rosto todas as vezes que passávamos e nem sequer respondia um “bom dia”. Pessoas assim que não sabem lidar com clientes não devem trabalhar na recepção.
