Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Forest Park

Loved that there’s free parking and it’s nearby places like the zoo and many restaurants. Driving downtown was easy, too. Staff were nice and we enjoyed the kickback snacks and drinks. Wish we would have tried the attached restaurant it looked good and was always busy.

The rooms were mostly clean, but could have been a little cleaner. The window views from the inner rooms are facing other room windows, which made us keep our curtains closed the entire time.

This is my favorite hotel always have great time,sometimes I just go for comfort and relax

No complaints at all

Our stay was pretty disappointing overall. The soda machine was out of several flavors, which was a small thing but set the tone. More frustrating was that only one elevator was working, which made getting around slow and inconvenient. Noise was also a big issue. There was a lot of guest noise throughout the night, making it hard to get decent rest. The biggest letdown was the zoo package. We booked specifically for this, but were never told we needed to pick up a physical pass from the hotel beforehand. We only found this out after already arriving at the zoo and speaking with multiple staff members at guest relations. By that point, we had already waited nearly an hour just to park and paid $20 for parking, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the issues with communication and amenities considering the room was $300 for one night.
