"Love this hotel!"

Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Forest Park, is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at during my visits to St. Louis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon check in I was greeted with excellent customer service! I felt welcomed. Qianna, is the young lady that processed my check in. Her warmth and kindness felt authentic and I was very grateful. 10 out 10 for this exceptional hotel and all of the staff. Oh and special thank you to the lady working the breakfast bar. She was a very nice lady along offering to assist me with carrying my breakfast ( due to me being in a wheelchair). Love this hotel and can’t wait to return. Lastly, my grandchildren begged me to stay one more night because they were having such a good time.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel only has two elevators so for one to be broken, made it difficult to get to it from the fifth floor.

The Manager over the Kichen Mrs O'fila if name is right if not forgive, but she was a 10/10. Love her spirit.

One elevator but the staff let us know about it saying it could be at time a long wait at times.
