Property is quiet and secluded while still being an easy drive to San Ignacio for anything you might need. The staff was friendly and helpful, and communication is very good through WhatsApp. Air conditioning worked great and was necessary with temps in the high 90s / low 100s. The restaurant was great for breakfast and one of our dinners, with the option to book ahead so they are ready for you. They are not open in the middle of the day, but we were generally gone for excursions during that time.

We weren't aware / informed prior to booking some of the transportation and excursions through Maya Mountain that cash would be required. To be fair, we should have asked or been prepared for this, as cash is often necessary when traveling.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, aber etwas abgelegen. Wir sind am frühen Nachmittag eingetroffen und die Dame von der Rezeption hat uns willkommen geheissen und uns alles erklärt. Grosses Zimmer, ein Schwimmbad ist vorhanden.

Es gibt keinen Alkohol in dieser Unterkunft, was uns gestört hat und weshalb wir nicht mehr hier buchen würden. Es war sehr heiss, als wir ankamen und wir freuten uns auf ein kühles Bier. Fehlanzeige! Dies war auch der Grund, dass wir hier nicht zu Abend assen. Beim Schwimmbad gibt es nur zwei Hängematten im Schatten und noch ein paar Stühle. Wen man zu spät kommt und die Hängematten bereits besetzt sind, hat Pech gehabt und findet hier keine Erholung. Zwei Ruheplätze sind definitiv zu wenig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nicht ideal. Sie befindet sich zwar in Stadtnähe, doch es ist trotzdem zu weit, um zu Fuss dorthin zu gelangen.

The room was well air conditioned and it was very comfortable! The staff were welcoming, helpful with answering questions and great with our kids. The pool was very fun and we enjoyed the vision of the property!

We loved everything. The sound of the jungle, the accommodations were comfy and cute, great staff.

Comfortable, great staff, nice pool and a great on site restaurant. We saw pecans and an anteater on one of the trails.
