Very clean and a good breakfast. Very helpful when our flight was delayed and we needed a late checkin

Checking in was a mess. The rate was different than quoted originally. When I got my first room the television did not work. Then they moved me to another room where the air conditioning did not work. I couldn't wait to check out. I should have just stuck with my gut and spent $40 more and stayed at the Waterford..

This hotel seems to be a recent acquisition but it is clean. They have continental breakfast with eggs and bacon, hot coffee, cereal, oatmeal and more. The room was comfortable and clean. The water was hot in the shower and we couldn’t hear any outside noises other than the storms rolling through. We’d stay here again.

Odd smell when entering. No cups or glasses in room.

The cleaning crew did not check to see that the plugs for TV and bedside stand were plugged in. There was coffee spilled by the coffee pot in the reception area for at least an hour. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. One of the draperies was unhooked and the thermostat light was very bright while sleeping. No mirror at desk for make-up. Receptionist though was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel overall appearance looks nice and contemporary.

The heated indoor pool was awesome, full breakfast in the morning had us feeling full before we started the day. We would definitely come back and recommend it to family, friends and anyone needing a nice place. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms came fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toiletries l, enough towels for everyone and good amount of storage.

I arrived to check in after the advertised check-in time. The check-in process seemed like it would have been pretty quick and straightforward, except it appeared there were not many rooms ready. The manager on duty got on the phone to ask someone which rooms they had available, then he left the desk without a word to me and found one of the housekeepers down the hall asking the same question. He came back and then checked me in and gave me the room number and keys. While I was waiting on all this, I noticed what appeared to be a flea on the front desk, and since it was a pet friendly place, I could see how that could be a potential issue. Please note, that was the only one I saw at this establishment period. Other than that, it did not look filthy at all. The indoor pool area was very stuffy and smelled bad, but our room was very clean and comfortable. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed and would have had to ask for pillows if we didn’t bring our own with us. We did not end up eating the breakfast there, so I cannot speak to that aspect of the stay. Overall, I would stay again if I had to, but I would look around more first.

The property was clean, beautiful, non-smoking (yay) and the owner and staff were professional. The only reason why I gave it a good rating is because my toilet flusher was broken otherwise everything else about the room was exceptional. it was quiet, peaceful and close to the mall and many restaurants. I would recommend anyone to stay there.
