"Ok for the money"

Convenient to what I was doing

The wall heating unit was LOUD! It was constantly kicking on, and I woke up every time. Usually, I adjust to these when traveling, but this was exceptionally noisy. Also, it was freezing rain during the night and then snowed a little. When I went out to leave around 9am, the sidewalks weren't even treated. It was pretty dangerous. When I drove off the property, the roads within the city were taken care of. Poor maintenance on property

"very nice property !"

Very nice property in a great location. This hotel surprise me in a good way. Very clean, and a nice breakfast as well. The rooms are designed in smart way, so you don't have the mirror in the bathroom shining a bright light in your eye when you're on the bed. I'd stay here again for sure.

Cleanliness, facilities need repair, nice staff but too few, didn't have our reservation and couldnt finw qith name or confirmation number. so luckily could rebook on the spot

The staff will tell you you can do late check out at noon, but the morning you’re checking out, they’ll tell you you can’t and you have to check out by 11. The cleaning staff will be knocking on your room door 15 minutes prior to check out asking you to check out
