Breaffy House Hotel

I my Husband and i never had much sleep due to the noise of the dripping water outside the room,when i mentioned it,to the reception ist,she said very sorry,and said i will mention it to the maintenence man,but she could have offered us a cup of coffee at least,for our jourmy on down the south,we were very tired from no sleep,very disappointed.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, cleanliness excellent. Food very good also the breakfast in particular was of very high quality

Loved staying here. Great staff with excellent facilities. Leisure centre is excellent also. Lovely walks on the property.

The grounds of the hotel are amazing and family-friendly! Hotel is amazing, very well maintained. Highly recommend it.

A fantastic family holiday! A huge terrace over looks the play area so we could sit and relax while watching the children (7 & 9) play. Will definitely be back!

Great hotel enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and hotel was very child friendly with two play areas, crazy golf, and a fairy garden. The pool was not busy. There was a kids pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The spa was beautiful and the therapists very good. Nice food and a good breakfast selection

The grounds and communal space of the hotel are very good. The bar food and atmosphere is better than the restaurant. Mairead who works in the bar is wonderful friendly and keeps the place flowing. The spa is nice but a let down was renovation work ongoing this should of been reflected in the price. The rooms aka the family rooms need work. The plus is they are spacious but they are not private overlooked by the garden and people out walking the grounds. The internet connection is desperate. The noise from other rooms was not acceptable. Told at reception there was not much they could do. This is also not acceptable. The pool is worth a mention also nice but work is ongoing in the area. The hotel has potential but issues need to be addressed. Starting with the internet and dated rooms. Obviously managing loud guests should be handled better.
