"Fantastic once our room was changed, day staff were lovely"

We were changed to a penthouse apartment which was fabulous. Beds were comfy, had all facilities and the view that we paid for

Original 2 bedroom (rm 316)was dirty, we had to clean the ceiling fans, dust everywhere, ants crawling all over the bench and cooktop. Lounge filthy. Tiny ocean view from corner of balcony
