The staff is good , after changing rooms the next day things are 😊 good.

have stayed for two days, early checkin requested but checkin is done at 10:30 am, room and bathroom was not cleaned properly. Also we check in as a couple but they have given a joint bed with two different quilts so not satisfied....

The natural environment was a good attraction during my stay..

Beautiful preservation is nature. Great to spend time in a forest like atmosphere.

This stay was a major letdown. The “Executive Deluxe Rooms” were anything but — old, musty, poorly cleaned, and nowhere near the standard advertised. We found hair on furniture, stains on sheets and towels, debris on the floor, and mold in the fridge. The replacement rooms weren’t much better, and one was downgraded with no refund. A/C barely worked, the rooms stayed humid, and the furniture looked cheap, with plywood headboards. Service didn’t help. The front desk argued over giving an extra key, even though one had to stay in the slot just to keep the room cool. Finally one front desk staff came with another set of keys to help us out. The porters were nice and helpful. Food hygiene was also concerning — we were served a spoiled dish which the staff handled poorly by telling us that it’s not spoils and that how the dish tastes. And a staff member handled ice cream with bare, unclean hands. Overall, the property felt misrepresented, unhygienic, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price.

We liked the breakfast.

Room is in very bad condition. Lock did not work, we stayed outside for 1hr. Inside cupboard cockroach was there and sand on the floor.

New comfortable rooms with great repair, clean & tidy. Nice pool & playground for kids, beautiful layout. Qiet place with beautiful nature around.

Deatils that affect experience: 1. First time in my life I faced refusal in giving second room key (pass card) 2. Tiny shampoo & shower gel bottles 3. Overpriced taxi services in the hotel 4. 35 rupees additional charge for drinking WATER in the room! Obviously It's not about 35 rupees, but the attitude. You cut on your services, I cut on my rating.

1.Room Airconditioner malfunction was attended to immediately but unsatisfactory job. 2.The spa could be more professional by way of informing if an appointment is likely to be delayed. 3.The forms handed at the reception while checking in either should have lesser columns with adequate space for information asked. Or have bigger fonts and avoid duplicacy of information. Thank you for the opportunity to share our sincere views.
