The facility was very good and allowed our family to relax for a well deserved holiday. We would definitely recommend this place

The restaurants can get very busy during morning breakfasts so be prepared to wait.

The property was smelling like gutter , all the time everywhere this smell carried except reception area The staff were always expecting tips Food was not good

Practically nothing, the only saving grace was the private beach.

Over priced, over rated, small rooms, shabbily done, it seems that they are not bothered about the guest experience and are only interested to max out the money taking advantage of Puri as a destination and the holiday season. Unfinished and small rooms, the actual rooms are no where near the catalogued photos. Even the bed provided seemed to be a make shift arrangement and no correction was made despite of the complaint raised. Dining service at the restaurant (Coastal Dhaba) is obnoxiously slow, staff is not courteous, food quality is below par. Even after bringing it to the notice of the reception, the FnB manager, Mr. Rajesh, declined to meet or respond.

Staff were really courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. One staff named Balram who took care of indoor activities like singing, games etc and swimming needs special mention

Felt that rentals, food and drinks, travel services are exorbitantly priced - could be because of the peak tourism season.
