For free travellers the hotel rules feel like school rules.
INThe property was clean and had a lawn and playground for children. This property was best if anybody visited for the tour only.
1. Far away from the Temple Jaganath and Puri. 2. They told me that I will get a room near the sea view and in reality their property was in the middle of the jungle and 10 km away from the private beach. 3. The auto driver in this area charges a huge amount. I will suggest not to book this property This property was scammed.
INThe location is amazing of this property and is very vast inside. A very good place to roam inside. It also has access to a private beach which is an added advantage. You can also see a bit of wildlife inside, like monkeys but be careful and not tease them. There are some swans also roaming around. A very good place to just relax.
The breakfast was not that great. Felt like it was very basic. The number of staff in restaurant felt to be too low. The check out time is bit odd to be at 8 in the morning. People come to resorts to relax and having an 8 AM check out time is opposite of that. The staff anyway were helpful enough to extend till 10 AM. The pool was not look inviting. Felt to be a bit dirty.

INProperty had a lot of green area. Staff was courteous. Room size was good.
Food was bad. Breakfast buffet looked the same all three days. Even Costal Dhaba restaurant had average food. Kids Bed had spiders. Bathroom wasn't that clean. Service was poor due to less staff. We paid 15,000 for GALA Night but the celebration was normal and the food quality was below average.

Cleaning part could be improved, some staff needs more training in etiquettes (as compared to other places outside Odisha). Beach is 2 km away: and there is a wait time (10-15 minutes) before vehicles are available. Also didn't like reception staff trying to force/lure (almost) me to submit review in booking.com during check out! Who does that!
