Fantastic location and the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom facilities could be better, especially the sink, it’s so tiny you can’t even wash your face or brush your teeth properly. The fridge didn’t work properly either, door wouldn’t shut.

I had a great stay at Laneways by Ovolo, Melbourne. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the next room level, which made the stay even better. The staff also kindly offered me a late check-out, which allowed me to explore the city a bit more without rushing — a really thoughtful touch. The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of the city and close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Everything was within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Loved our stay. What a great location. Loved happy hour & that it was a short walk to anything.

Breakfast off site wasn’t the greatest breakfast cafe.

The staff were friendly and informative. The bed comfy and the room well equipped. Brilliant idea having a stocked lobby...water, lollies, coffee etc.

the small size of bathroom sink. Ok for brushing teeth but not cleaning face.
