It’s located in a good area and it’s clean

The room doesn’t have the basic features like an iron, bar fridge, bedside plugs and a phone to call reception. The light were also dim.

Aircon gave problems. TV had very limited channels, and the signal was poor. The hairdryer did not work.

The venue, the pool, the housekeeping, the safety, braai area, the location, other guests interactions, the diversity of the place. It was an amazing stay. I give it a 8.9/10. Keep it up, please.

We booked 2 family rooms for 2 families, and we did request that our room should be close to each other since we were a group, which was supposed to be 402 and 403 but the other family was moved to 350, which was a struggle for them because of their 4 months old baby. Again, family rooms are way too small for our family. Kids complained about the sleeper couch, but we had the best time of our lives. We also had issues with our key. It needed to be reprogrammed a lot of times, and it locked us out twice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet location with plenty of parking space

There are carpets in the corridors so it looks very dated and unfortunately holds a lot of odour and moisture. The situation was worsened by the air conditioner in the room which was dusty and filled the room with a musty smell
