Friendly and Helpful Staff.

Incorrect rooms with bath tubs were allocated on the first night with no option to change. Granted the correct room on the second night. Bookings made on booking.com are not clearly not honoured. Very little vegetarian/seafood options on the menu. Alot of broken tables and chairs at the braai area. Braai area and outdoor bins to be cleaned and emptied more frequently. Not all rooms had fridges. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Even showers need the shower heads to be replaced. Uncomfortable beds. Pictures on booking.com were misleading.

Location

This hotel is old, it requires a refresh, neglected gardens, less staff to clean up. Hotel is outdated…we were not happy 😡

Well it is clean

I was disappointed at first we were convinced the rooms was bigger because we booked a family room then to find out the sleeper couch’s is on the ground I ask them if they maybe have a single bed not very friendly no we don’t ask for a mattress for the kids no we don’t.we bought a double blow up mattress for the kids no big deal. The problem we faced is there are no piece at night loud music and partying till late 12pm etc. you can’t Braai because the people flog the braai and don’t give you a chance to have a small braai. Swimming pool are permanent occupied from all over.overall it was a waist off money we would rather have stayed at our home.
