Hotel De La Soledad

Beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The service in the restaurant was a little slow and the food wasn't amazing, but the ambiance was great. The steak was too salty and the Caesar salad was very fishy tasting and it had mustard mixed into the dressing. The drinks were very good. We had the mezcal cocktail and it was so good!

The hotel has the wow factor, it has a traditional design, central location, you feel very safe and the staff are excellent. The on site restaurant provides quality traditional dishes with a friendly and efficient service

Check in time was scheduled for 3 and our room did not become available until 4. Stayed numerous times in this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the check in process this time around.

Beautiful and Great place to stay!!! Hotel is around the corner from the Main cathedral of Morelia. Their food is good but if you going on a weekend plan to reserve. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Staff were very nice, attentive and very informative.

The first impression we had once we did arrive at the hotel was very good. It was walking into a secret gem in the middle of Morelia. The staff was very kind and helpful to get us to the room. If you want to relax, this is a place to be! What can be improved though is the available amenities. We did pay for a luxury room but there are on a few basics in it. No coffee maker or a microwave available, even to get hot water for a hot bottle was a difficult challenge. There is no business center or a gym available, Overall, looking at the hotel, it is a very nice place.
