Hotel De La Soledad

Location is unbeatable, walking distance to every historic spot and close to good restaurants and nice shop stores. Hotel is beautiful, my room was superb with an attached nice window/balcony’. Breakfast was delicious every day but slow service from the restaurant staff. The only issue was with one of the ladies at the reception, she was rude at time of check-in and check-out with the rest of the group (even though all of them were staying at the hotel too) I think you should do better training your PR and lobby/ staff otherwise everting else we’re really nice. I would love to stay another time in La Soledad

Pretty much we liked everything too bad we forgot to get the courtesy drinks maybe next time for sure Definitely we would love to stay again, it’s a pretty comfortable and quite place

The Hotel is beautiful full of details in each corner, amazing location and walking distance from so many historical sites and good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was the POOR and RUDE attitude from the ladies

We loved the restaurant, the staff and of course the music.

We learned AFTER we danced to the romantic live music, that dancing was discouraged. I would prefer to be informed beforehand.

Everything was amazing. The hotel was very clean and within walking distance of downtown Morelia where there is a lot going on.

Staff and service was excellent. Beautiful place to stay and it’s near shops and restaurants.
