Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor NS

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They smiled and were very friendly to our dogs - even giving them treats.

only had coffee and a muffin. perfectly ok. super 8 is the only commercial hotel in Windsor. this was our third visit. hotel is always clean as well as the rooms nothing fancy but quite adequate for our needs. staff is always friendly everything in the hotel seems well kept and up to date. we plan to stay again next year.

We usually enjoy this property for the pool, and only come here for that reason, but upon checking in we were informed the pool was out of commission.

The pool was closed and we were informed until arriving, the power went out and our room was pitch black all night until the sun come up. No one come to check on any guests, didn’t offer anything for light, and power was still out in morning when we checked out so no shower, no breakfast. And staff didn’t seem to care at all about the guests.

Close to Windsor which is what we needed to visit family Our daughter loved the pool and slide Staff were friendly

For the price we were expecting much better. Halls smelled musty and like marijuana Our room had what appeared to be dried blood on wall and door in bathroom We unfolded the pull out couch (which was stained and ripped) for our daughter to sleep on, and it had a large circular stain on the linens and certainly hadn’t been changed prior to our checkin (Staff was prompt to bring fresh linen and help us for this but it was unfortunate) Breakfast was basic which was fine but for the price not much From experience the breakfast at other super 8s was more substantial (included protein options) Again, pool was great but the deck had clumps of hair and grass scattered about and was dirty
