The staff was friendly and helpful

The room had a strange smell. The air conditioner/heater was cracked. The bathroom sink plug was stuck closed. The man at the front desk came up and fixed it. The hotel was way overpriced for a Super 8.

Location is convenient for highway travel and the pool is good for families travelling with children

A more urban location is preferred. Eggs at breakfast, even hard boiled, would be appreciated.
