La Terraza Guest House B&B

This accommodation is outstanding, clean, comfortable, spacious, tranquil and serene, the only noise disturbing you is the sound of the river which flows through the centre of the garden 😁. The accommodation has a beautiful garden opposite, accessed by a bridge over the river, ask Mo for a tour, he will proudly show off and explain the plants and their uses/importance to supporting wildlife. We saw a hummingbird sitting on a nest in a banana tree. Situated far enough away from the busy town but in my opinion within walking distance (approximately 35 minutes). I have to praise Costa Rica and their bus service, almost everywhere we stayed we were able to access neighbouring areas and tourist attractions by local bus service which runs far more frequently than the UK. Breakfast was a 2 course meal, different every day and very tasty with freshly made smoothies and one morning we had dessert too. I would most definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again should I ever return to Costa Rica.

El ambiente tan verde. El río ameniza tu estancia y se duerme de 10 con su ruido. El desayuno estaba espectacular, no esperaba tanto para lo que pagamos. Además nos ascendieron a una habitación más grande, aunque eche de menos las vistas de la que reserve. Ojalá me hubiera quedado otra noche más pero no pude ampliarlo al hacerlo tarde. Los dueños no hablan español pero se ofrecen a todo. De 10.

O espaço é agradável, com um belo jardim e ao lado do rio. Os funcionários, Ana e Maurício, foram muito gentis e solícitos. O café da manhã estava delicioso e bem-servido. O quarto é ok e atende bem a um casal por alguns dias.

O proprietário não fala espanhol e isso dificultou um pouco a nossa comunicação.

Creo que el desayuno podría mejorar

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war schön und man sah auf dem Haus eigenen Garten. Auch die Graffitis an den Fassaden haben uns gut gefallen.

Die Zimmereinrichtung könnte ein Update vertragen.
