Great location within walking distance of everything.

The bathroom floor tiles could really use a good scrub. Not a huge deal but for the price point the upkeep should be tighter.

The location of the stay, its ambience, neat and clean, helpful and pleasantful staff and the breakfast was great.

There was no shelves in the cupboard to put our cloths. The aircon remote was not supporting all the features. The air vent in the washroom was not working, (exhaust fan).

Room was clean bed was comfy. Parking was complimentary.

Not great value for money. Place was clean, staff were friendly but the hotel was more like a motel and would be better priced at $279 per night, not $479 per night. Definitely not worth nearly $500, and that didn’t even include breakfast for two, we were charged an additional $70 for a very small buffet and mediocre breakfast. Would not stay there again only because of the price gouging.

Hospitality was awesome. Very pleasant helpful staff in Yves Social and at Breakfast.

Bathroom facilities very poor, some house keeping staff need more training. Bins not emptied crockery not cleaned. wet towels not picked up. Now where in bathroom to put toiletries so we used the ironing board.
