Room was excellent and just as advertised very clean, balcony was great. Close to everything I needed in Kiama. Have stayed here last year and the service etc was the same this time as well. This is my preferred place to stay when visiting & staying in Kiama.

No option for in-room breakfast dining - that would have been good, even if it was just a continental breakfast.

Mould in the grout in the shower and green plugs still in the bathroom tiles where a fitting had been removed
