"A beautiful location but the room was a bit of a let down. For the price we feel we should have had"

The location was great and the staff were very nice. I was given some chocolates because it was my birthday.

Our room was a bit disappointing as we’re were on the first floor of a side room with a view of a building site. For $450 we both thought it could have been better.

Location, reception decor, easy parking

Room decor outdated, considering the photos and price, it was disappointing. The wedding occuring during our stay was below our room and very loud and no notice that our room was above the reception party

"Great location, great undercover parking, great size room but poor bathroom facilities"

Location to everything, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, water and tourism. The staff were really happy, friendly and helpful. Undercover parking was also great as it did rain on the day we arrived.

The bathroom. No bench space for toiletries No exhaust fan so all surfaces were damp from steam after you shower. Bathroom basin tap was the wrong type and made filling the kettle difficult.

"Room 601"

2.0

Room 601 is in the boutique block, 2nd floor and facing a small garden with the sea beyond. No bath, but a shower. Tea and coffee. Good free parking underground. The TV was iffy - the remote would work, sometimes, when very close to the TV. Mostly it does not work. The lift refused to go to the 2nd floor today. We had to walk up the fire escape. But could not get into the 2nd floor so had to walk down again and around the building in the rain. The main issue is the hotels disco held in a schoolhouse building, 40 meters from 601. Disco until 11pm. Then folks drifted away .....right into the garden outside our window. Sebel, the hotel infrastructure does not support a Thursday night disco outside guest rooms. If I had done it - I would be kicked out. For you, it's money. Poor show.
