The room was clean and comfortable. The property around the hotel was nice as well.

The hotel is being remodeled so they only had upstairs rooms. The hotel room was clean and comfortable but someone before us had put something in the microwave that burnt the ceiling and one side of the microwave so we could not use it. The young man at the front desk was nice enough to bring us another one. The hotel was overpriced but we were tired and so we paid the price. The breakfast was bagels, yogurt and coffee. There was not hot water or tea bags to make hot tea.

"Don’t stay here"

I have no idea how this property has a 7.4 out of 10 rating, or when the photos were taken, but it doesn’t look anything like this. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Bugs in the room - at least 3 different kinds. The carpet was absolutely filthy and stained. The shower head was corroded. Chairs in the room were filthy and stained. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty. I was not expecting any frills at all, but I was at least expecting the room to be livable. The sheets and towels did appear to be clean, but the carpets and furniture were dilapidated and not at all hygienic. There is absolutely nothing about this property that I would recommend to anyone. I should’ve taken more photos to go with this review, but I was in such a hurry to leave that I didn’t even think about it.

"Did not receive what I reserved"

I had two reservations for a total of 3 rooms with king beds. Upon check in, we were presented with 3 rooms but 1 of them was a double bed. Not what i reserved

The office was cleaner than the rooms

The rooms was very outdated, the carpet and furniture had a lot of stains , the remote didn’t work in one of the rooms and the other room didn’t have a remote and the shower curtain was torn down and left in the room told the guy in the office hoping he would have it fixed but nope it was still down and still know remotes when we returned so we had to watch our phones the 2 days we were there 😠

"Very disappointed!"

First off I am usually pretty understanding and forgiving but this room for the price was unexceptionable. Worst motel we’ve stayed in, in all our travels. Where to begin…toilet bowl upon arrival let’s just say could tell not cleaned well, bath tub rust stained and slip stickers worn off, bathroom floor mat worn so bad can see thru it and stained, no ice machines that worked, paint above bed all chipped up, sitting chairs all ripped and badly stained. I went to use hairdryer, popped and smoked I immediately unplugged. Carpet all stained. No in room coffee and coffee with “Continental breakfast cold”, very little food. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The location

The towels were stained and looked dirty, tv didn’t work and they didn’t seem to care, the continental breakfast was a joke- banana, orange and a bagel. The place was a real joke. We stayed there a couple years ago and the older couple managing the place were wonderful. We will not ever return

"We wanted to bring the kids up to see the snow and I made sure they did."

The location was good and what I had expected. Ms. Deedee Williams the hotel manager was very helpful and did an excellent job explaining to me what happened earlier in the morning, she and Ms. Russ was very instrumental in assisting me with getting my refund and offered to allow my family and I, another night at the hotel. But, due to our short trip I had to decline and maybe we'll stay another time.

Because of the server weather, it took longer for us to arrive, (0400hrs) to be exact. While we were in route, we received a call and were told to go to room #220 to pick up the key to room # 111. When we arrived, there were no lights on at the facility, people were sitting in vehicles and standing around the outside area and in the doorways smoking marijuana, and there were also several doors open to rooms with no one in them. I went up to room #220 and noticed a "Do Not Disturb", sign on the door handle. I knock on the door anyway, several times, and when no one answered I tried to call the phone number to the hotel and to the one that I received earlier when the desk manager had called. But I received no answer. So, my family and I went to another hotel. The next day Ms. Deedee Williams called me to see how my check in went and explained to me why there was no one running the front desk, and how to get our payment refunded. She stated due to the server weather and the snowstorm and the black ice on the roads they had to close the front desk at 11:00pm for safety reasons, and that the power had also went out that night. The management and the desk clerks were not entirely to blame for the problems we had. The desk clerks called me several times that day to see if we would be checking in and they were very professional. They tried to do their best to assist my family and I with our billeting needs, and I truly appreciate Ms. Deedee Williams contacting me and for her assistance.
