Bali Rich Villas

The pool was full of mud an not usable. The furniture was run down and broken. Doors didn't lock. Sheets and towels stained. Bathroom not clean, piss stains on the floor in toilet as not even mopped. Stunk of mold. Rubbish at entrance to resort

They ripped me off and refused to give me a refund

They ripped me off after they withdrew money from my account without informing me though Intended to pay cash. I paid the cash and no one informed me I had the money taken from my account. After trying to resolve this I was turned down my right to be refunded the 500$ I paid thinking I hadn't had the money taken from my account.

Absolutely nothing

The room was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed it was disgusting. Tap wear was falling off it smelt mouldy there was hair everywhere and dirt/dust. The sheets and towels were dirty. The drains were blocked cigarette butts around the bath, dirty slimy shower basins etc, kitchen so dirty you couldn’t even cook. Glass were dirty with stuff in the bottom couldn’t even have a drink. There was a broken window in the bathroom that let the mosquitoes in and there weren’t just a few the room was covered. When I tried to end my stay after one night the manager refused a refund and is well aware that the place is an absolute shambles. The pictures that are advertised are prob 10 years old and no maintenance has been done at all. Villa of horrors would be a better way to describe this place

Every thing about the place was shit, be very careful because does not look anything like advertisement would recommend not even going there

Nothing to like, villa was inhabitable. See my full review. the staff were very unhelpful and claimed that their manager was interstate. They tried to call him and could not get through to him, so they could not resolve anything. Staff on duty claimed to have no authority.

Inhabitable. Cracked paint and mold on the walls. Horrible smell of mold in the rooms. Untreated milky filthy pool. Filthy floors. Tomato sauce on the benches. Piles of broken furniture and rubbish in reception. Even if they cleaned it properly the smell and the pool made it inhabitable.

NOTHING. Villa was just unacceptable… dirty, smell bad : in one bathroom it’s smell pee, there is water on the ground and in the other bathroom the toilet is broken and the flush doesn’t work. Everything is damaged and dirty, nothing look like the pictures on Booking, this is clearly a SCAM! I ask the lady to change me the villa (2 bedrooms) they don’t have one available, so she give me a 1 bedroom villa but it’s similar, dirty and damaged, it’s unacceptable !! I left the villa and rebooked another establishment.

SCAM. and doesn’t refund you ! It’s unacceptable.
