Bali Rich Villas

The location is nice, its close to many places

The pool was the first that we do not like, we could not swim because the pool was dirty and when the kids swim it was itchy. We had power down, they said it was from PLN, too bad they do not have a generator set.

These villas were not what we were expecting. The villas were so poorly maintained and had lots of issues. No running hot water and water was coming out black from the taps!

The Villas are spacious - but they are extremely run down and dont look like the photos. They were dirty, the sheets didnt fit the bed, there were insects and mold. The outdoor areas need to landscaped and cleared properly. It has great potential to be a great place to stay but currently I cant recommend the villa i stayed in

The pictures shown of the villa are not what you get ! It was very disappointing you think you’re walking into what you saw on the website. The villas a pretty run down. The staff is nice and polite and they try to do their best. Good thing we didn’t spend much time there we were in the move for the most part.

It was dirty, horrible management who didn’t wanna help us. We contacted the management several times but he refused to give us our money back even though we already changed villa 3 times. green dirty pool, lizard poop everywhere, no water pressure, the water smelled like poop, they never changed the sheets only made the bed, the pool has broken pool tiles, unsafe for kids , lamps and contacts hanging free everywhere! Including close to the pool. Dirty and broken towels. Kitchen stuff dirty upon arrival and they never cleaned it. So so many mosquitoes and they don’t provide mosquitoe spray. This isn’t Bali rich villas this is Bali Bankrupt villas! DONT STAY HERE! This is a scam! They also take your money from your account without asking even though you chose to pay on the property.

Nothing at all.

Dark and gloomy ambience from reception area. The place looks totally different from pictured. We were the only guest that arrived. The villa was very run down, bad maintenance and was so dirty. Only made effort to make the rooms look decent but the toilet was poorly maintained. Lights were dim, the jacuzzi captured our attention but when looked closely, it was disgusting 🤢 The open kitchen area furniture were very dirty and had many ants. The pool looked like river. Truly unpleasant to stay since we also had kids. Nothing was rich looking at all, more like they became rich by cheating off our money. Unable to refund even half at all. We booked a different stay right away. Not recommended 👎🏻
