dirty sinks and toilet furniture chipped and in dire need of painting or replacing. pool tiles chipped and some doubts about the cleanliness of the water. advertised facilities such as food service was unavailable. TV connections broken and attempted repairs with plastic tape were inadequate - resulting in poor, unreliable picture quality. sliding doors were jammed and very difficult to open or close. accommodation bore only scanty resemblance to the pictures online. Freezer section of fridge had no door and fridge had no shelves I have pictures of the toilet, sinks and bath which I can provide. Booking.com is harming its reputation by including this property. It should be removed from your recommendations IMMEDIATELY. I now feel that you are suggesting properties based on false online information. Property refused to consider refunds despite clear evidence of fraudulent advertising. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - only stayed as long as I did because arrangements had been made for my wedding ceremony to be conducted there.

Location is the only good thing

What a disgrace of a property, booked for 8 night and lost our money because we refused to stay in such a disgusting property. Looked for support from Expedia and their service was non existent. Total misrepresentation of a property on their website.

dust everywhere, the curtains very dirty And smell, mosquitoes as well, the bed isn’t comfort at all. swimming fool very bad the wall water sometimes got yellowing, the stones on pool some of them is broken.

Absolutely disgusting!! Also expedias resolution was just as disgusting if not worse, I would not house my dog in these villas

From the moment I arrived at this property I was disappointed. Check-in time shows as 2pm but after being told twice the room would be ready in 30mins I was unable to check-in until 3:30pm. The reception area is very run down with the roof falling in and mould growing. The Villa rooms conditions were no better. This property is very run down. The villas have very little amenities (not even a phone to call reception). I ended up only staying here for 4 hours before moving to a Hotel.
