We booked a villa to have a nap before our late flight

Villa was delapedated Beds were dirty, so was the bathroom

very private and good location, staff were very helpful

the property was very dirty and there was various thing broken including the door to one of the rooms and you couldn’t lock it until they had it fixed 2 days later, was no toaster or oven and the 2 pots and pans provided were that gross you couldn’t cook in them, the shower head so horrible and didn’t have hot water one of the nights. the worse part was the sheets on the bed. when we got there there were so many stains on the sheets. didn’t even look like they had been changed for the last people. and when we asked them to change them they said they didn’t have any spare as the washing hadn’t come back that bad. the next day they changed them but they weren’t much better.

the list is endless. firstly we arrived and the staff were unsure of what was going on - we let this slide. then we arrived into the villa to find one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever tried to sleep in, there were stains on all of the sheets and duvets, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. not to start with the kitchen it was horrible and we didn’t even want to leave anything in the fridge as it was so dirty. the photos are completely misleading and this place may have been nice 10 years ago when it was opened however with no maintenance, cleaning or anything renewed since then it made sense as to the state of the villa. We also arrived back to the security man to be fast asleep at 11pm - therefore we did not want to even leave any belongings in the villa. it was awful and I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BOOK.

Staff were excellent. Food was great. Easy to get to a lot of places. Nice and private villa. Great size Villa and pool. Pool is not crystal clean, some of the Villas are run down and ageing. We requested a change of Villa when we first arrived due to unclean pool and many things were not clean or were in poor condition. When we changed Villa units then all was great.

So sad to leave!!!! Wonderful experience. WOW FACTOR VILLA FOR JUST £65 per night!!!! The villa has a big outdoor space and always sunny. The outdoor kitchen area is huge with a connected spacious lounge. The pool size is perfect and water temperature is nice and warm. Bathroom is immense with a jacuzzi for 2, double sink, shower cubicle has a very generous space and the wardrobe is connected.....the first time in my life I see a 6 doors wardrobe in the bathroom!!! The room is very spacious and airy. Air conditioning is working, there is a handy machine which gives instant cold and boiling water for your free coffee and tea. Staff is polite and welcoming. They always remember your name and villa number. The overall conditions of property and Villas are very good. The only little downsize is that food from the menu is often not available, but there are many restaurants nearby. Gusto gelato is great and Ingka restaurant is highly recommended. I will definitely go back!!!!

Service and communication before and during the holiday was perfect. Food was really nice and remotely cheap. Room and garden was really spacious and clean. The only thing I would complain about is that a few things needed updating/fixing - the 2 aircons in the villa blew out minimal warm air so the room was boiling but the staff gave us a portable aircon, which was fine just a little loud and wasn’t big enough for the space but it did allow us to sleep. And also the toilet blocked about 5 times during the week, which was rather annoying but again the staff fixed immediately each time. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely go back.

The villas were very spacious and clean, the pool and outdoor area was lovely. The food isn’t too flash, and our airport transfer didn’t show up, but other than that our stay was incredible.
