absolutely nothing

the place was mouldy, the pool was green like a pond. i wouldn’t let my dog swim in it. the sheets were stained with blood. the wardrobe were falling apart, the bath & toilet were absolutely putrid. we attempted to speak to the villa and we’ve not had one reply when they claimed they have.

Dirty, run down, things doesn't work, holes in the roof, Doors can't lock, daylie fight to get towels and toilet paper. All in All a sad experience and not compairible with the describsion at the homepage.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! It looks nothing like the pictures and Expedia should be ashamed for adding it to its list of stays. It is run down, dirty, staff don’t know what to do when customers arrive, toilets don’t work, shower was disgusting, bath had something growing out of it and not functional. This is worse than some hostels I have stayed in! You arrive and the reception has black mould growing everywhere and a pile of rubbish taking up a large area of the room. Staff were confused about how to check in and were late to provide the room. When we finally received a room it was awful. It was run down and not functional. Dirty sheets, more black mould on the walls, furniture that’s long seen better days. This place is falsely advertising what it is offering and needs to be reported. We quickly got new accommodation as we were not prepared to stay in this condition and did not feel entirely safe in our surroundings. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

Considering it was the wrong villa (nothing like the pictures) and the overall hotel was the filthiest place I have ever stepped foot in, I liked nothing.

On Monday 26 September I booked Bali Rich Villa’s. Upon arrival I was shocked to see bird feces scattered across the lobby area, I have never seen this in Bali and was appalled by the conditions. The receptionist took me to my villa and I immediately noticed that this was completely different to the pictures of the villa I have booked on booking.com, being a totally new property. Upon further inspection of the property I found blood on the bed sheets, mould and furniture damage. I was disgusted by the living conditions and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not around and I was informed that no other rooms were available. I asked for the manager’s number and sent him a series of messages stating that I had been given the wrong villa (not being the one I had booked) and expressed my disgust at the Villa’s hability; providing videos / pictures as evidence. The manager did not care about the conditions or the fact that I had been given the incorrect villa. I told The manager that nobody should expect to stay in the conditions I witnessed (indeed when I asked the manager if he would stay in Bali Rich Villa’s he declined to answer). I requested a refund for being provided with the wrong villa and the manager declined. As a long-standing customer of booking.com I thought they would assist in this situation, but they didn’t. I was so shocked by this villa that I requested booking.com to at least consider removing Bali Rich Villa’s from booking.com, as no booking.com customer should have to experience the level of filth I saw nor be subjected to such treatment by a hotel manager. Booking.com ignored this request.

the cupboards doors were falling off after you opened them slidding doors were so hard to open bathtub was disgusting shower head was falling off toilet wasn’t flushing grass wasn’t cut !! absolutely terrible
