Bali Rich Villas

nothing was rich or luxury. absolutely awful. the facilities were very run down. literally everything was broken. toilet didn’t work, no hot water, tv didn’t work, hotel did not provide bottled water or tissues. Villa was extremely dirty and old, staff was not helpful. avoid this place!

The property was not well maintained at all. When we arrived the villa was flooded and every time after it rained water seeped into the property. No basic amenities such as hand soap or hand towels were provided even after requesting from staff. Staff could barely speak English so that was also a barrier. There were cigarette butts left in the property even after pointing them out to staff to have it cleaned, which it never was. I only stayed 2 nights out of my 4 nights booked as I could no longer stay there

Staff

Very run down has had little or no maintenance no hot water no restaurant minimal staff toilets and shower didn't work properly poor TV and WiFi rooms smelled pool could do with a clean.2 star rating at best.

Best place to stay. Staff is very much cooperative & professional

Tried to recall things but didn't get any reason to not like such a wonderful place.

The whole villa was run down and not.upkept at all. It was dirty, mouldy and nothing like the photos. Not even water given to us. We immediately found another villa and left not even able. To stay a single. Night. We are still waiting for our refund as this was completely unacceptable.

location

one of the locks to the villa did not work when I turned up. the receptionist said that it was broken but you can lock the door to the villa entrance. some security the place still needs money spent on it as there being no maintenance water marks everywhere from water damage. the only toiletries were two toothbrushes no soap the fridge had not being cleaned with the ice box full of ice and left over spillage

Location and pool area

Room was old and run down- was not accurately represented on the website. The water in shower/taps only sometimes worked. Holes in roof and cracks in the door allowed in lots of mozzies. Also no kitchen appliances supplied as advertised.

We liked the location of the property as it was close to stores and markets with easy access.

we didn’t like the fact that prior to arriving, when booking this property, it was made out that there was a restaurant, massage facilities and airport pickup. upon arrival, this was not the case. we needed to provide our own transport, restaurant and massage parlour was closed. the property was not cleaned when we arrived and there was blood on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. mould on the exhaust fan and in the shower.
