One of the night staff name Fitz was very polite and helpful. It made the stays a lot more pleasant and relaxed full. I would definitely come back whenever I visit again.

The desk clerk was kind to ask us to check the room out first to see if we liked it before committing to it. It was a clean and spacious room.

The worst experience I've ever had in this hotel. Dirty floors, wet carpets, bunk beds and the attention of the front dest is terrible. On the second day of my reservation they told me that the hotel was full and that I had to leave my room. The return of the money takes many days. Expedia shouldn't recommend this hotel, it's disgusting and all its staff

The staff tried to help with the confusing 3rd party system but ultimately i had to call and figure it out. The pictures made the place seem new and modern, but there was this old and worn look to everything. Tv didnt work, lamp didnt work, lamp shade was dirty. It needs to be replaced with new items or just taken care of better.

The owner of this property does not care about the customer satisfaction. Very terrible management.

Request to Adjust Reservation Dates Dear Sonesta Team, First, I’d like to express our appreciation for a wonderful stay at your hotel. Due to an urgent trip to Virginia, we had to check out earlier today, two days before our original departure date. We would like to extend our stay for another seven days, from March 7th to March 15th. Would it be possible to apply the two unused nights toward this new reservation?
