The Front Desk Staff was professional and kind. Unfortunately, I had to change room 4 times. One room smelled like animal waste, one had a broken toilet and another room the A/C didn't work

BEDBUGS! On my second night at the property I got woke up to being bitten and when I reported the issue asking for management I was referred to an email address. I reported the problem to Expedia as well still no resolve. I am highly disappointed with the service I received.

Overall just okay

The hotel had an awesome daily rate and I see why. The property is in desperate need of renovation. They charge you a $100 deposit in case items are “taken” from the hotel room. My TV did not work. The clerk was unmotivated to do anything to address why my TV did not work and would not offer a discount on the room stay. It seems like p arty hotel since there was noise until 4 am and the place smells like weed. I would not stay at this location again.

No matter if you booked the hotel earlier, it will not guarantee you a room if you'll not be there during EXACT check in time even when we tried to call them and say we will be there at night — so hassle that we need to go there even when we are in the middle of convention. The staff is not good in answering inquiries over the phone. The room is nice, its spacious and clean but the toilet is clogged, aircon was not cold.

Very bad. The customer service is bad

The room I was in was dirty. Has bugs and flies. The bathroom was not functional. The door key fob did not work. Have to tried tons of time and need to fo to the front desk asked them to activate the key card every time. Telling the staffs (all girl staffs) but did not do anything. So the next day I told the staff (the man who works here for a long time) and he changed my room. He was very nice. The other staffs weren't and not helpful at all. They don’t care about the customers at all. Do not like the staffs, except for the guy works at nights. Not recommended.

It was very clean and cozy. After a long day working, I was able to get a restful sleep! There were no roaches, everything worked just fine, and it was priced well! If possible, I'll be back for a weekly rate.
