The moment we got in the room keys weren’t accesible so the manager had to allow us in.

Tv wouldn’t work, lady checked us in gave us a card for one day we stayed 3, of course found this out day two card wouldn’t work and IT had issues so we had to be let in our room the hallways were 100 degrees, we had a family of 4 I asked for towels for everyone kept getting just one, muffins and juice for breakfast is pretty low for the high ratings front desk was great with what they could do but the hotel as a whole I wouldn’t return too.

Waited till after 5pm To get in the room and then TV wasnt working after 11pm and then the volume didn’t work just horrible Experience

Hotel did not provide garbage can or trash bag but remind you have to clean any garbage before you leave hotel.\ TV channel is poor with low quality and cannot work properly for 5 minutes. Almost you find nothing to watch on TV escalate quality has issue.

I paid $147 to stay here with my family while visiting from out of town, and we were really disappointed. There was no hot breakfast available for my child—just some fruit, even though the listing clearly states breakfast is included. The TV in our room didn’t work, and the pet fee was a shocking $150 per stay, even though it was listed online as $60 and used to be $25. I understand ownership may have changed, but if that’s the case, the hotel seriously needs to update their website and listings so guests know what to expect. Between the misleading info and the poor amenities, we definitely won’t be coming back.

Over all I know it was rebranded but the tile in my bathroom floor was loose. We had no trash can in the room at all. They had no charging port for my phone. I can tell that they did some painting but didn’t Change the power socket it was a disgusting yellow along with the smoke detector. The lamp were all rusty. Also upon checking in the property smelled like mildew.
