staff very friendly but room floor dirty bathroom dirty showers hopeless

There are newer hotels in better condition for the same price.

Late check in bcoz my flight delay..we arrive the hotel around 2.30m but the receptionist still there waiting for guest...

The rooms were disappointing , no comfort, beds rock hard, seems dirty inside. Breakfast was disappointing. There was never any beach towels by the pool.

We were so excitied to be going on our holiday only to turn up to a run down hotel with minimal running hot water in our showers and toilets that didn't work. The hotel was old, very smelly and was a very disappointing start to our holiday. We stayed one night only and then moved to another hotel next door, which was amazing. Please be careful booking your holiday online as the photos do not show the true colours of the hotel.

The hotel requires upgrading. Very noisy if you get a front room. Shower was very poor with a very low shower head. We moved after staying just 2 days.

Staff are not friendly nor are they helpful. When I arrived I was kept waiting for ages before someone took me to my room. I was also told they did not provide a shuttle to the airport when on the itinery it said 24 hour airport shuttle. The room was supposed to be Deluxe but was well below par. The bathroom was disgusting. No bath mats an two tiny towels. The shower head was too low and trying to adjust the water temperature was a mission in its self.

Check in I asked to change room twice as I wasn't happy with single bed and internet. Staff assisted with no concern. Rooms are a good size and very clean. I would have no problem staying here again.

There were wires hanging out of the wall. The door locks looked like they were pushed in at one stage and barely lockable. We pushed chairs in front of the door for extra security. The walls were dirty. The airconditioner was loud. There were a lot of cockroaches. The phone in the room had no wires to connect it to the wall. We had no towels, and were not supplied with extra keys. The breakfast was very average. Our reception when we got to the hotel was not very friendly. We moved to another hotel after one nights stay. The things that were ok were the clean sheets. The pool water appeared clean. Its OK if you are on a very tight budget, but wouldn't suggest for anyone looking for any type of luxury. We certainly were not looking forward to going home to our room in the evening, and won't stay again.

Shower was not good, plastic curtains and no floor mat and the spray direction could not be changed. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean but there are windows in the bathroom and above with bedroom door with no curtain so the room was light throughout the night. Still don't know if it was frogs or birds in the trees at night but they made a huge racket, very loud until the early hours of the morning. Great staff.
