Ocean breeze made the surroundings very comfortable. Outdoor area was extremely beautiful

Our group of 4 Paid for 4 premium suits and received different qualities of room. Our room was outdated, fridge needed to be replaced, aircon was on 16 but still struggled to cool down the room, hot water issues twice during our 4 night stay, bed was hard even after they put a thin mattress topper on. Only 1 person from our group received a more updated room but he still had issues with his fridge All in all, I wont be returning back to Sadara

The welcoming team under Miss Dewi & staff were amazing. The Premier room so clean ,spacious & comfortable with a beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens. The breakfast menu was divine and delicious. The freshly baked pastries and awesome iced /warm coffees at breakfast was fantastic.This was what seemed to be the ideal hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary ?

From dream to nightmare........this beautiful hotel becomes a sleazy nightclub at night. We could not sleep properly with the private functions the hotel caters for. This is a general problem with this hotel and not a once off thing. During our stay there were three functions in our four night stay. DREADFUL It has come to our conclusion and taking into consideration what other guests have said that the management is more concerned running after quick bucks from outside clients as to their own in house guests peace and comfort. We were not sorry to book into another hotel. WAKE UP management .....before you CLOSE UP or turn this into a beach club.

Great location, good pool, excellent spa facilities. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

The resort needs updating, the bathrooms are old and have mouldy showers, the mattresses are rockhard, and it sometimes takes a long time for hot water to come through. The staff however did provide a mattress topper which made the bed marginally better.

La comida y el desayuno. La amplitud de la habitación. La cama, extra grande de verdad. La amabilidad de los empleados. La calidad de los servicios. Los jardines muy bonitos y cuidados. El detalle de bienvenida, fue una pasada.

Olía un poco desagradable el desagüe de la ducha. Uno de los días, no limpiaron la habitación.

الفندق بشكل عام حلو ويستاهل الاقامة فيه الموظفين ممتازين الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة الفطور ليس بنظام البوفيه المفتوح منيو تطلب منه ويقدمون ليك الي تطلبه . مقابل البحر والالعاب البحرية مثل برشوت وبنانا بوت وجتسكي كلشي موجود

الشي الي ما عجبني البحر غير مناسب للسباحة فيه ماء الحمام الساخن فيه ريحة

The only thing we liked about our stay was the really comfy beds. Staff Very Friendly

Shower was cold or luke warm at best. A Buffet Breakfast would have been better, food wasnt very hot, the bacon and ham served with eggs was really horrible, Tea and Coffee not hot either. Drinks at pool bar were very very expensive with the massive Taxes.
