The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Room aircon worked well.

The fridge in the room was warm. The shower pressure was low. The restaurant food was basic and ordinary. We ordered room service and it was inedible, cold and looked 3 days old. The breakfast was in the package, one morning we had the Eggs Benedict it was ordinary. Avocado toast, avocado wasn’t ripe and toast was soggy. No buffet breakfast like most resorts in Nusa Dua and a basic menu with high hotel tax. We don’t mind paying if it’s decent quality.

"Good though rooms need more sound proofing."

Great staff, great pool, great food.

Very noisy towards the main road towards the front of the resort. I was moved to a second room located then near the kitchen area and that was very noisy also. For $150 AUD per night I’m kinda looking for some quiet, apart from that everything else was nice.
