Good overall property although a little far away from city centre

Amazing location - 3 mins from quayside and restaurants. 10min walk into central bordeaux. Staff really friendly - bathtub biggest I've ever seen in my travels - amazing. Only improvement I would suggest is the hotel bar was closed lot earlier than I would have expected. Would have been nice to relax in there as only other option in hotel was the front reception lobby.

Great experience. Hotel is sleek and well located outside the tram and close the cite du vin. Staff is really the highlight...speak english well, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are LARGE! comfy beds, robes, slippers and clean.

I really appreciated them allowing us to check in early and was very impressed when we came downstairs in the morning that the gentleman that was working the front desk knew my name and the names of the other guest I was traveling with.

It was good thou the breakfast is poor for the price.

large and ultra-modern designed room with great bathroom (120cm larger bath) but could be much cleaner around designed windows. Breakfast is great. The hotel is just close to outlet shops and few steps to direct tramway line to city center.

Really nice hotel right across the road from the river front. Gets very noisy at night though I was there on a Saturday night very busy from all the bar and restaurant near by. The hotel itself is very nice and new, staff was very helpful.

Nice modern hotel. Very slow WiFi for a 4 star hotel and a basic breakfast. Hotel parking very expensive also
