Hôtel décevant mauvais rapport qualité prix. Cet hôtel est basique et ne vaut pas les tarifs affichés. Les prestations sont banales, les chambres récentes commencent à mal vieillir. Pas de restauration en chambre le dimanche … ce qui n’est pas spécifié sur le site. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à ce tarif là.

Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Le seul bémol vient de la très mauvaise insonorisation. Nous avions une chambre côté quais. Nous entendions tout (tramway, passants, discussions des personnes sur le trottoir, accélération des véhicules). Je n'ai pas le sommeil léger mais pour une rare fois, j'ai été réveillé plusieurs fois durant la nuit. C'est dommage parce que la chambre est superbe et les prestations parfaites.

Séjour agréable, hôtel bien placé. Et surtout, très jolie vue sur le pont Chaban Delmas.

El hotel estuvo muy bien y en zona interesante pero necesitaba el wifi para el trabajo y tuve muchos problemas con el internet. Por lo demas, muy agradable y la atencion bien

Very comfortable room ideally located for my trip with a great access to the tram giving flexibility to be anywhere in less than 20mn. The staff is very friendly and professional

We stayed here at the last week of August and had an almost surreal experience. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The property lies on their website: they claim to have room service because the bar/restaurant is closed due to low occupancy but in reality, they don’t. One day I wanted to order room service and the receptionist said they didn’t offer it. Upon insisting and showing their own website, she said she had frozen dishes she could heat up for us in the microwave but they had no bread or anything else. Also, we spent five days here and they didn’t clean the room even once under the excuse of Covid. I challenged this reasoning because it is obviously safer if the room is cleaned properly every day. In response, they told me to “aerate” the room! This is adding injury because the windows in this hotel do not open! In a nutshell, one cannot trust anything advertised by this property and I was not happy at all about their low hygiene standards during a pandemic. I do not recommend this property and would even warn others against staying there.

Not a great area. The hotel doesn’t deserve 4*. For maybe 15£ more, you can get something say better. I have booked a Executive room and I was really disappointed. The room was very small and a bit dirty.
