"Fantastisch!!"

Niet vaak zo’n geweldig verblijf meegemaakt. Bij aankomst kregen we meteen een upgrade van onze kamer. De kamer en badkamer waren zeer schoon met luxe verzorgingsproducten. Het bed sliep fantastisch. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en was ook zeer uitgebreid met allerlei lekkere dingen. Voor deze prijs kun je nergens zo’n goed verblijf vinden. Wij komen terug!!

"Very nice place to stay with great breakfast"

Good location

The parking app was not working well for us which may have been due to a problem accepting US payment. The staff on duty was great and put the parking fee on his account and we reimbursed in in cash. Also be aware that a lot of the smaller hotels in UK don’t have air conditioning and they do use small fans and open windows.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was super convenient.

The bathroom is in need of a bit of an update.

"Too hot to sleep"

Breakfast was good and great choice and the location was lovely. Room was too hot to sleep 27c we were given to fans but still it was too hot. Corridor outside our room 2 was cool. Made the stay not enjoyable, hotel needs a lot of repairs and up grades would not recommend.

Amy on reception tried very hard to help but clearly she could not control the over heated bedroom. Position of the hotel.

Das Zimmer auf dem Bild sieht super aus…war aber überhaupt nicht so! das Zimmer hat wohl seit einem Monat keinen Staubsauger gesehen. Die Stühle auf der Terasse sind am verrosten und haben viele Spinnweben angesetzt!

Locations was good

Staff were inattentive. Parts of the hotel could do with an upgrade and some effort made particularly to the balconies. A plant maybe? But absolutely dire night on account of the extremely loud heating system. I thought the hotel might actually explode!!! Do not stay here if you want to sleep
