The Lookout Rye

Everything was great even “great” doesn’t feel like enough to describe this fabulous service and staff at the hotel. Thank you all especially Tariq.

Great location. Super choice of breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Quality teas and toiletries.

Parking is always a problem in Rye. The [parking was quite expensive.

The location was excellent

Room was rather small

The location is fabulous although all rooms looked out onto the shabby car park. To have car parking was also brilliant and price fair for that, but not included.

The room was unclean, it appeared ok as you entered, but once in very tired. Thick dust on skirting and draw ledges, tile grouting missing in bathroom, stained furniture and carpets, unpainted french doors which lead out to a varanda which was un kept and furniture covered with bird droppings. I did mention at the time, the response was that we are undergoing refurbishment, which is fine, but you can still clean what you have and what the clients are paying for.

We were upgraded to a lovely room with great facilities and view. Nice little seating area, proper full size bath not just shower. Breakfast was amazing and included and bar had a happy hour.

Great location with car park, payable on Ringo. Breakfast very good, service good and good choice. Happy hour with cheese and biscuits

Hotel room very small - but we had chosen a 'cosy' room, would upgrade for any further visits Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade

Have stayed here a few times, always exceptional.
