Hotel Atlantic El Tope

The hotel itself is quite nice. However it looks a lot better than it is from the outset. The breakfast is not that good. When I say that the variety is good but the quality is not good. For example the orange juice is diluted orange juice not the real thing. The sausages are the cheapest things you could possibly get and so on. The gym is a sorry excuse for a gym. If you are going to advertise one just have a good one otherwise don't bother. And last but least the WiFi is awful. Drops out every minute makes it impossible to watch or do anything online. Not a great mix with the weather being bad. Overall it's ok but it's rating is a bit high in reality I think

La situation, avec vue mer et près des boutiques, restaurant, près du bord de mer, idéale. La diversité des mets, excellente nourriture! La gentillesse du personnel

Petits détails, manque des suspends pour les linges de toilette. Porte du balcon difficile à faire glisser

Fuajee on avar ja mõnusate istumiskohtadega ja vastuvõtt sümpaatne. Hommikusöök on rahuldav, üle keskmise. Õhtusöök on vaheldusrikas. Eriti meeldiv on kala ja mereandide valik. Toas lisas mugavust väike diivan. Voodid keskmise pehmusega. Toateenindus on väga viisakas. Üllatuseks on katuseterass oma suurepärase vaatega, mullivannide ja kokteilbaariga. Asukoht väga hea.

Lifte pidi vahel kaua ootama. Rannarätikute deposiit oli veidi arusaamatu, sest tuli mitmel korral tõestada, et oled rätikud tagastanud. Meelelahutus programm jättis soovida.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal, super Abendessen, Sekt zum Empfang, viel Platz im Speisesaal,

schlechtes Internet, zu wenig deutsche TV Sender, Bad schlecht renoviert, kein Vollkornbrot oder,Brötchen, Bar mit Musik sehr ungemütlich und laut und zugig

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Vor allem die Lage innerhalb von Puerto de la Cruz ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Eck-Zimmer im 4. OG mit Südwest-Ausrichtung hatte einen sehr großen Balkon, hier hat man die Sonne bis zum Untergang. Freundliches Personal, tolle Überraschung am zweiten Tag, weil wir in 2025 gleich zweimal gekommen sind!

Da das Hotel umfassend renoviert wird, gibt es tagsüber immer wieder Baustellengeräusche. Das Buffet abends ist umfangreich, hat aber im Vergleich zu unseren vorherigen Aufenthalten ein wenig an Raffinesse eingebüßt.
