Breakfast was terrible, cooked and re warmed, no buffet on a Monday morning because not enough guests

Checked in at approx 5:45pm for Christmas staff party. Washed up and asked staff to heat room. Attended conference room from approx 6pm-00:30am. Upon returning to bedroom found room was ice cold. Went to reception and asked for heat control to be restored to the room. A red clad, blonde female, proceeded to give me verbal abuse folllowed by, what I assume, was a male colleague of hers. He joined in whilst I took to defending myself as he was acting aggressively towards me. “Daniel” the night manager of City North hotel decided it was best that I leave the premises instead of the two instigator’s. He could have asked me what was happening, but instead took the word of the people that attacked me. The Excellent Security guard who accompanied me to my room and stated “yes, your room is like ice box”, and proceeded to say that he couldn’t understand the actions of the night manager, Daniel.

Went recently for lunch, had soup and sandwich it was tasteless. The soup was average but the sandwich was like cardboard just ordinary sliced pan bread with cheese and ham toasted, would have made better myself at home. We had a cappuccino also and the bill was €18. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon so expensive for the most basic of food.
