Was over for Irish Gaming Market. Very nice room and staff were very nice and accommodating.

I never post reviews however I attended The Gaming Con on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th and I have to say I have never met more friendlier staff in my live. Especially the people who done security. They were funny and enjoyable to talk too and made us feel safe and welcome. The food was delicious and it was great craic. Hope to come back soon!!! U.U

Unfortunately due to an underlying medical condition I fainted a couple times in the hotel lobby during the IGM afters, and the staff were nothing but brilliant, not only did they help my friends and make sure i was okay but they allowed us to sit in their break room, got me a juice with glucose and even cooked me a pizza to eat free of charge to help me regain some strength. They also then helped me and my friends back to our room and were genuinely lovely. It was really really appreciated, and although i unfortunately can not remember the specific staff members that helped, all the staff i interacted with in general were very, very lovely. The hotel itself is also great and has lovely rooms!

The location was ideal

I liked that the event that took me there was happening right inside the hotel, so it was extremely convenient to just walk down to the meeting room. However, I disliked that the hotel was far from Dublin City over an hour on the bus, and it was a bit tricky to figure out where to take the bus. But it was ok at the end My most disappointment was having loud kids running up and down the floors all day. I couldn't believe how noisy it was, and no staff actually stopped them. On my first night, I saw a kid standing on the 4th floor pouring a drink down the stairs. It was shocking ! 😲 My suggestion is if you choose to have kids event in the hotel. Restrict them to a certain area in the building where there are no guests and always ensure they are supervised by an adult.

Staff are reception very helpful, and restaurant staff very polite, but under pressure. Lifts efficient. Hotle very clean. Parking good, and free.

Long queue at breakfast, and hot food had run out. I had paid for it separately (€13), so disappointed, No decaff coffee around (sachet were in room) Lunch for conference poor. Bed very firm and could do with one or two softer pillows

Great staff

The location suited where we were visiting the following day.

We asked for a wine list in the bar and were told you didn’t have one so our choice was a red or white. The red wine we got was terrible. The food was okay. There were issues with the tv cutting in and out but as we were only staying one night we didn’t complain about it.
