There was no reception staff when you want one, not much facility or so called amenity. I suppose you get what you pay for.

You got the quaint feeling of Greece, but the building I don't think is very old. It's in a great location, not too far to walk downtown, but far enough to be quieter. The property is gorgeous, with plants and flowers and stone work and a pool- all very beautiful. There is a great variety store just up the road, and they prepare fresh baked items in the morning, and coffee with all kinds of other store items. The staff are great and very helpful, and we loved the atmosphere of the room.

Was pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms were, I believe they were recently renovated. Only complaint is the bathroom was very small for 2 people, especially compared to the size of the rest of the room. But everything else was very nice. Stayed up late to let me check in and room was cleaned every day!

Ideally located away from the noise of Fira nightlife. Helpful staff and very clean xx

This was our first trip to Fira The hotel was approximately half a mile walk to the center of the old city which was not bad. A mini market was also close by just up the street. We did a catamaran tour and a private island tour which was worth every penny. The only issue with the hotel was probably that the beds were very stiff and very uncomfortable at least in our rooms and number seven and 10 and could use new mattresses . Otherwise there was a small pool to use a nice sitting area for coffee or lounging and it was private away from the noise. I guess a hotel closer to the inner-city would’ve been more expensive but easier to access we did not mind the walk back-and-forth however. The owners and staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. I would recommend visiting the town of Oia.Maybe even doing a donkey ride up the hill which we were not able to do and looked like a lot of fun. getting to the ferry to leave the island seemed chaotic because it was so crowded and the port was under construction so we got there early and there were a lot of people getting on and off the ferry with a lot of bus and traffic. But once on the ferry it was beautiful and a nice comfortable ride to our next destination .

Very clean and unique layout of a room with two floors, balcony and private jacuzzi. The shower is great and airnconditioning works fantastic. Lots of extra space and seating to lay out your things.

Great location! 10-minute walk into Fira. Young lady at front desk (k-eh-tee?) is helpful and professional.

Small hotel, nicely laid out. We had a large room by the small swimming pool. The room was quite dark, could do with brighter decoration. The bathroom was small and the kitchen area not fully equipped. This hotel is fine for a short stay on a budget. All staff we met were polite and pleasant.

Good location although about a ten minute walk to town up a steep slope and then a busy road with no pavements in some places. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I emailed before I went and ordered a taxi and it was waiting as we came out of arrivals. The cleaner works so hard. The room was small but very clean and had a fridge , hairdryer and tea and tea/coffee making. The bathroom was small but the water was always hot and the shower worked well. There was only a shower curtain and sometimes the floor got flooded. The beds were very comfortable and the air con and wi-fi worked well. The pool is small but clean and there was never anyone else there when we were using it and the massage jets were a nice feature. We were a bit disappointed that the breakfast room advertised did not exist as were told that it was only a waiting area for guests who were waiting to check in or had checked out and a luggage storage facility. We did however have a lovely, private, patio outside our room where we could sit and eat and drink. All in all it was a lovely place to say with great staff and real value for money,
