The staff in the breakfast area are so Kind .

The made a huge mistake, charging me twice and Im still trying to fix it. Also, the receipt was wrong.

Location

The absolutely unnecessary noise coming from housekeeping by slamming open hotel room doors at 8:00 in the morning!!! And the badly attached shower condiments inside the shower. The shower gel fell off the wall and landed on my toes cutting one of them!!
