Breakfast and location good

Door to enter blinking red and it took 3 tries from front desk clerk to successfully remove the door key pad and there was no maintenance staff on duty in the evening! The air conditioner did not work and there was no maintenance staff on duty! The sink did not drain!

Very clean, good location and good value

Windows are poor condition and the wind was blowing so loud.

This property has been beautifully remodeled and our stay was excellent! The last couple of times we visited Cheyenne we stayed in other properties, they were old, dirty, dingy, and most smell like smoke. What a pleasant surprise on this visit! The staff was fantastic, I believe it was Kelsey and Kenzie that we met! ⭐️ the breakfast also deserves mention, it was very good and the gal that was tending to it was quite busy. There was a lot of folks eating when we were there. She did an amazing job! I will definitely stay at Springhill suites again

The only thing that I didn’t care for was the way the heaters worked. Full disclosure, It quite possibly could’ve been operator error!! but when you turn the heat down, the air conditioning came on in order to bring the room temp down, Not a big deal, just weird to me.
