I book a regular room and was given a handicapped accessible room, which meant the shower and toilet was in one room and a small sink in another room. Very inconvenient for washing your hands. Air conditioner was not working properly and was extremely loud. Closet door was bi-fold door and was broken and closet wasn’t usable. Very dated property. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay there again.

"Great location."

The kind bedroom is worth the extra money. It is spacious and well laid out. It was wonderful to have a seating area and a desk. We were on a family research trip and needed the extra space. The bathroom was a walk-in shower, which was so very helpful for my older parent. (We have also stayed in the double queen room and it wasn't as nice, or clean.)

We appreciated everything. It was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The only complaint we had was one side of the shower door was missing. Instead of installing a new shower door, they hung a shower curtain on the missing side

The location was handy. The breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms weren't as clean as last time. The bathroom floors were grimy. One of our rooms was heavily perfumed. So much so they shouldn't have put anyone in there.
